I teach workshops that connect people to our bodies, our stories, and each other.
When we make art together, we deepen relationships, transform trauma, and practice the freer future we want to live in. Let’s make something together!
I live on Mni Sóta Maḳoce, “the land where the water reflects the sky,” otherwise known as Minnesota, stewarded historically and today by the Dakota and Anishinaabe peoples. Join me in paying our honor tax.
